Brightwater Homes is marking its 15-year anniversary in 2025, and the team is celebrating the milestone with a new and refreshing look that both honors the unique values that have made Brightwater one-of-a-kind in the residential sector and lays the foundation for the team’s exciting next chapter. Dropping the “Homes” from its moniker, the company has unveiled a newly rebranded look including a new updated logo, now simply styled as Brightwater. “At the 15-year point, we’re looking back and also looking forward,” says Brightwater founder Charlie Bostwick. “We don’t just build homes. We do so many things that are bigger than just the home itself. By taking the word “homes” off, we think this is a better fit for who we are.” This evolution is a reflection of Brightwater’s growth as a holistic and leading-edge firm that is not only a home builder, but also a proven leader in architectural design, interior design, community planning, land planning, landscape design and more.
Since its founding, Brightwater has set itself apart as a values-based organization with a focus on authenticity and connection – taking a personal approach to designing and building healthier and more sustainable new homes and communities that live brightly with a true respect for the environment, a shared passion at the heart of the company from the beginning. Brightwater’s new logo design reflects these same core values, transforming the central name with a handwritten font that was custom drawn based on the handwriting of Bostwick himself. It’s that personal, individual focus on real people – whether homeowners, community members or team members – that sets Brightwater apart and has been the heart of the company’s work and success over the last 15 years. “When I think about the impact we’ve had at Brightwater, one word that comes to mind is thrive,” reflects Bostwick. “If even a few families out there thrive more in the home that they’re in, live more harmoniously with each other, with nature, and with themselves, then we will have done our job.”
Brightwater is continuing its commitment to leading edge residential design and high-performance construction with a diverse portfolio of new homes currently under construction in iconic locations including Serenbe in Chattahoochee Hills, GA and The Preserve at Pennys Creek and Kiawah River on Johns Island, SC minutes from Downtown Charleston, as well as its latest landmark community, the modern Scandinavian inspired Aster in Roswell, GA and The Ridge at Sweet Apple in sought-after Milton, GA. And, true to its heart for environmental stewardship, the Brightwater team is following up the completion of its very first Net Zero Energy community in 2024 by making all of its new homes Zero Energy Ready.
