Job Purpose
Supervise residential construction to deliver high-quality homes on time, on budget, and with exceptional homeowner satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day construction activities and schedules using BuilderTrend.
• Ensure homes meet Brightwater standards of quality, safety, and detailed specifications.
• Inspect trade partner work, approve purchase orders, and control variances.
• Maintain clean, safe job sites and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Coordinate with Sales to resolve customer concerns and support community presentation.
• Conduct pre-construction meetings, mechanical walks, orientations, and acceptance walks.
• Build positive relationships with buyers, trade partners, team members, and local building officials.
• Manage contractor hiring, scheduling, and performance.
• Oversee construction and maintenance of community common areas.

Success Metrics
• On-schedule home delivery with minimal delay days.
• Controlled cost variances.
• High customer satisfaction scores.
• Accurate and up-to-date BuilderTrend schedules.
• Strong daily job site and community presentation.

Skills & Requirements
• Experience in custom single-family and townhome construction.
• Degree (associate or four-year) preferred.
• Knowledge of slab, basement, truss construction, and sustainable site practices.
• Strong communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused.
• Computer and internet proficient.
