Are You Elite Enough to Sell Brightwater?
Brightwater is not for the average. We are a nationally recognized homebuilding, architecture, and design firm crafting luxury custom homes in some of the most distinctive neighborhoods in the Southeast. Our work is defined by authentically detailed architecture, curated interiors, and industry-leading sustainability—earning top honors from the American Institute of Architects, Gold Nugget Awards, and The Nationals.
From Charleston’s most sought-after communities—like Kiawah River and The Preserve at Pennys Creek—to premier Atlanta neighborhoods including The Ridge at Sweet Apple and our Zero Energy Ready community, Aster in Roswell, Brightwater homes range from $1.3 million to over $2 million. These are not transactions. These are legacy homes.
Now the question is: Do you have what it takes to sell them?
