Position Summary:

Brightwater is seeking driven, relationship-focused sales professionals to join our dynamic Community Sales team. Community Sales Agents serve as the primary ambassadors for the Brightwater brand—responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective homebuyers while guiding them through an exceptional new-home purchasing experience.
This role requires a balance of strategic selling, deep product knowledge, and high-touch customer service. Community Sales Agents manage the full sales lifecycle—from first inquiry through contract execution—while consistently meeting sales goals and upholding Brightwater’s standards for integrity, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff designated sales offices and model homes during assigned company hours; maintain models and communities to the highest presentation standards.
  • Deliver compelling, consultative sales presentations to prospects and their Realtors in alignment with Brightwater sales practices.
  • Consistently achieve sales goals while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Develop expert knowledge of Brightwater homes, building processes, financing options, and the mortgage process to confidently guide buyers.
  • Accurately prepare, review, and deliver sales agreements and related addenda in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize the CRM/lead management system to track prospects, manage follow-ups, and deliver a customer-focused sales experience.
  • Proactively generate leads through multiple channels, including on-site traffic, Realtor relationships, events, and community outreach.
  • Maintain current knowledge of community amenities, schools, shopping, and local attractions to support buyer decision-making.
  • Ensure all marketing collateral and sales materials are current, well-stocked, and consistent with company standards.
  • Coordinate placement and upkeep of all on-site signage, including homesite, inventory, and open house signage.
  • Establish and maintain strong Realtor partnerships through regular outreach, on-site visits, and referral initiatives.
  • Monitor competitive activity and clearly articulate Brightwater’s value proposition relative to competing builders.
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports related to sales performance, traffic, and competitive insights.

Qualifications:

  • Active real estate license in the state of operation.
  • College degree preferred, with a focus in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of proven sales experience.
  • Prior new-home sales experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance for business-related travel.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
