Having previously experienced a very poor home building situation, I was reluctant to purchase a new home, as opposed to a resale. Brightwater Homes has, however, been amazing to work with at Palmetto Bluff. Greg Harrold is wonderful. He is efficient, concerned and professional. His attention to detail is superior.
