2021 is off to a strong start for Brightwater’s Charleston sales team! Danner Benfield was named Beach Residential’s Top Producer of 2020 for his outstanding sales accomplishments including his work at Snee Farm Village. Among other successes, Danner sold a total of 14 Brightwater homes in the Snee Farm community to happy homeowners, one of whom was Brightwater’s milestone 200th homeowner. “We are honored to have Danner and his team represent Brightwater Homes at Snee Farm Village.
